Your new role
As a Fabricator/MIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high‑quality components in line with customer specifications and engineering drawings. Your duties will include:
* Fabricating components from drawings and written instructions
* MIG welding using mild steel, Hardox and other metals
* Producing bespoke and small‑batch production work
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure all specifications are met
* Loading and offloading deliveries and despatches
Operating gantries and forklifts (if authorised and qualified).
* Working cooperatively with colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow
