The Opportunity
A leading Tier 1 Contractor is seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to support the delivery of
high-quality, defect-free residential developments in Dublin. This is a site-based role acting as the
focal point for quality assurance on the project.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Monitor and enforce compliance with project quality plans, specifications, and relevant standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify non-conformances.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality documentation.
Prepare and submit quality reports to the Project Manager and Quality Manager.
Track and close out NCRs and corrective actions.
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
Support site teams in implementing quality procedures and best practices.
Facilitate quality-related meetings and toolbox talks.
Requirements
Experience in quality assurance within residential construction projects.
Strong knowledge of building regulations and ISO 9001 principles.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organisational abilities.
Relevant qualification in Construction, Engineering, or Quality Management desirable.
Salary & Package
Salary range: €40,000 - 65,000+ DOE
