We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Audit team in County Kerry. The successful candidate will work on client financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and complete audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
* Perform substantive testing, analytical review, and risk assessment procedures.
* Prepare clear and accurate working papers and audit reports.
* Liaise directly with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
* Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and on-the-job training.
* Review financial statements for compliance with relevant accounting frameworks.
Requirements:
* Hold a qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent certification.
* Minimum 2 years' audit experience in practice (medium practice experience an advantage).
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of Irish GAAP and relevant auditing standards.
* Prove proficiency in accounting and audit software.
