Circet are recruiting an IT Project Manager/Analyst to drive efficiency in our business through the implementation and evolution of technology. You will use your business analysis skills to work with the Circet business and operational leaders to identify and deliver opportunities to improve the quality of our engineering solutions, operational effectiveness, and the associated cost base. You will be supported by an in-house team of specialists and a range of partner organisations spanning many specialists and a range of territories.
The IT Project Manager/Analyst manages key projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, provide innovative solutions, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for management regarding status of project.
The successful candidate will work directly with the business and external customers to ensure we prioritize the right work and deliver it seamlessly. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are delivered and correctly consumed.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Use analytical skills to assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, provide innovative solutions involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop project plans to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Report and elevate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Meet with customers and stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Track project performance, specifically to ensure that delivery is consumed and moved to business as usual in the company.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Proven working experience in IT / Telecom’s project management.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven understanding of our key systems and processes.
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Superb problem solving & analytical skills to logically work through IT issues.
Preferable but not essential, familiarity of the day-to-day activities for building and installing fibre networks.
A passion for improving operational efficiency through IT solutions.
