Weir & Sons is a heritage luxury retailer established in 1869. We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing team and work across digital, content, PR and events.

: Digital Marketing Executive

: Marketing Director
Location
: Ireland (must be resident and eligible to work)
In this role you will work on campaign delivery, content creation, paid social, email marketing and campaign reporting.
Key responsibilities
* Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
* Manage paid media setup and optimisation for Meta Ads and assist with set up on Google Ads.
* Create and schedule social posts, blog content and PR copy.
* Coordinate internal shoots, creative assets and magazine or PR activity.
* Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
* Support events and brand partnerships.
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders internal and external.
* Plan, set up, and manage Google Search, Shopping, and Meta campaigns, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ongoing performance optimisation.
* Support the implementation of tracking and use performance data to analyse, report on, and improve campaign effectiveness.
* Use Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, the CMS, and the marketing automation/CRM system to plan, execute, monitor, and optimise marketing activity.
Requirements
Essential
* Degree or HND in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 1 to 2 years experience in marketing or digital channels.
* Strong writing and communication skills.
* Comfortable with basic Excel and MS Office.
* Eagerness to learn, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads or email platforms.
Desirable
* Interest in luxury retail or e‑commerce.
* Basic understanding of SEO and analytics.
