Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing / E-commerce Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and improve the customer experience on e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business objectives. The role requires expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and customer acquisition strategies to effectively manage and grow the online presence of the company.As the Digital Marketing / E-commerce Marketing Manager, you will manage online marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, email, affiliate marketing, and SEO. You will also oversee content creation and optimization for the website, product pages, and online listings to drive traffic and improve conversion rates. In addition, you will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities for optimization, and adjust marketing strategies to ensure that e-commerce goals are met. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.QualificationsProven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with a strong understanding of online sales funnels, customer behavior, and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) and optimizing product listings, navigation, and user experience to drive conversions.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, MailChimp, or similar software.Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and experience in driving organic traffic through content optimization, link building, and keyword research.Expertise in social media marketing, including paid social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and organic social media strategies to engage and convert audiences.Strong understanding of email marketing, including campaign management, automation, segmentation, and performance analysis.Analytical skills with the ability to track and measure marketing campaign performance, understand key metrics, and optimize strategies accordingly.Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.A creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt marketing strategies based on emerging trends and consumer needs.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data-driven decision-making is a plus.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and their integration with marketing automation platforms.
