Monread Fare, Naas - Supervisor Position
Monread Fare, Naas is seeking a positive and energetic Supervisor to join our team.
The purpose of the Supervisor's role is to provide day-to-day front-line management to ensure high standards are met in the successful running of Monread Fare's store.
Main Duties:
1. Oversee and ensure the smooth running of cashier operations.
2. Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints according to store procedures.
3. Open and close the store.
4. Ensure staff dress code and appearance adhere to company policy.
5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant legislations, including Health & Safety Regulations, Employment Legislation, and Consumer Law.
6. Facilitate proper communication between staff and management.
7. Provide the highest standard of customer care to all customers.
8. Assist in the induction, training, and development of staff.
9. Ensure adherence to company rules, policies, and procedures.
10. Monitor staff timekeeping and attendance.
11. Attend training or development programs as directed by store management.
12. Promote brand values and motivate others to do the same.
13. Place orders as necessary.
14. Perform any other duties as directed by store management.

Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar Supervisor role.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills, solution-focused, with a positive attitude.
* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
* Personal drive, confidence, and attention to detail.
* Honesty and integrity in all dealings.
* Ability to work well in a team, knowing when to lead and when to follow.
