We are supporting a major programme of work focused onAI Governanceand are seeking an experiencedCyber Security AI Governance Leadfor a 6-month daily rate contract.This is a senior contract role suited to professionals with strong consulting experience and hands-on exposure to AI governance, regulatory frameworks, and data security.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of an AI Governance roadmap, aligned to business, risk, and regulatory requirementsDefine governance models, controls, and operating frameworks for the use of AI technologiesProvide subject matter expertise on EU AI Act requirements and ensure alignment with emerging regulatory standardsAdvise on the secure and compliant use of Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled toolsEngage with senior stakeholders across technology, risk, legal, and data teams in a consulting-style environmentEnsure strong data privacy, data security, and access control principles are embedded into AI use casesKey RequirementsProven experience leading or contributing to AI Governance initiativesStrong knowledge of EU AI Act frameworks and AI-related regulatory obligationsHands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI platformsBackground in Cyber Security, Technology Risk, or Data PrivacyExperience working in a consulting or MSP environmentStrong understanding of data security, access controls, and privacy-by-design principles
