Core Optimisation is a rapidly growing Google Premier Partner digital agency with a passion for driving real performance for our clients. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a talented SEO Specialist with a strong interest in content strategy and organic growth to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with each client's overall digital growth objectives.
* Build a deep understanding of your clients' industries, goals, and buyer journeys.
* Plan and implement content strategies across the full marketing funnel to support SEO and lead generation.
* Contribute to broader digital strategies in collaboration with the wider performance team.
* Manage a portfolio of SEO clients across diverse industries.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits to identify growth opportunities.
* Optimise website content, metadata, internal linking, and technical SEO elements.
* Develop and implement effective backlink strategies.
* Provide Google Business Profile (GMB) optimisation recommendations.
* Identify and communicate technical SEO fixes with developers and stakeholders.
Performance & Insights
* Use SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Looker Studio to track and report on performance.
* Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients based on data.
* Contribute to case studies, award submissions, and internal knowledge sharing.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SEO-focused roles.
* Proven success in developing and implementing SEO and content strategies.
* Proficient with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
* Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and link building.
* Ability to write or brief SEO-optimised, compelling content.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to share ideas and learn.
