Job Title: Children's Nurse Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Paediatric Nurse to join our team in the Mayo / Sligo area. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of children and families.
This role involves providing high-quality, comprehensive care services with excellence, compassion and competence to clients of all ages with various needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for clinical management of paediatric home care cases, developing care plans, reporting and ongoing clinical management and supervision of children and staff.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good organisational and time management skills, as well as commercial awareness. They will also need to demonstrate empathy and compassion when working with children and their families.
This role requires a Full Driving Licence due to travel involved in home visits. Full training and induction will be provided along with ongoing daily management support from the nursing division.
