The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the European growth strategy, originating and managing senior relationships with large corporate clients, driving revenue through lending and structured finance products, and leading complex credit transactions. This is a front-office leadership role requiring full P&L responsibility. The ideal candidate will have strong industry expertise within the Industrials sectors, along with deep experience in credit structuring and financial modeling. A proven track record of success in relationship management operating across complex product solutions is essential. Commercial acumen, entrepreneurship skills, and strong client-facing abilities are also crucial for this role.
