**Job Title:** Director of Nursing
As the leader of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your primary duties include ensuring the highest standards of nursing and social care, implementing our quality assurance system, and monitoring clinical practice through individualized plans of care.
Some key aspects of your role include:
* Implementing policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care standards
* Developing and managing departmental budgets
* Coordinating with external agencies to ensure smooth operations

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing management, with a focus on older adults. They should also have experience in financial administration and be able to effectively manage multiple priorities.
**Requirements:**
* A qualified RGN with at least 3 years of experience in caring for older adults
* A post-registration management qualification in health or a related field
* No less than 3 years of experience in a management capacity in healthcare
