Job Title: Pension Services Coordinator

In this role, you will work as part of a team to deliver end-to-end administrative support for clients and financial planners. Your responsibilities will include preparing new business documentation, managing cases through to policy issuance, processing Letters of Authority (LOAs) and Transfer of Agency (TOA) requests accurately.
* Proven experience in life, pension, and investment administration within a brokerage or advisory environment.
* A minimum APA qualification is required; working towards QFA essential. A full QFA qualification or broader financial services knowledge is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (including AML).
