Job Title: BIM Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing architectural design services on construction projects.
Responsibilities:
* BIM Process Implementation and Management
* Information Management
* Develop and Implement BIM Execution Plan
* Familiarity with Construction Management Software Model Development and Coordination Clash Detection and Resolution Communication and Collaboration Quality Assurance
To be considered for this role, you will have 3+ years experience in BIM coordination or similar degree/diploma in Architecture, Engineering or related field proficiency in BIM software strong understanding of construction processes digital workflows excellent communication problem-solving skills knowledge relevant standards (ISO 19650 PAS 1192) is an advantage.
