Key Role
A Quality Assurance professional is sought to lead audits, implement quality improvement plans and work closely with stakeholders to maintain strong health, safety and governance standards.
Responsibilities:
* Quality Systems: Develop, monitor and improve quality systems to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
* Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to legislation (HIQA, HSE) and support inspections/audits.
* Risk Management: Support risk policy reviews, monitor safety risks and ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act.
* Culture Development: Promote safety, compliance and continuous learning among staff members and support leadership team initiatives.
* Reporting and Communication: Keep detailed records of audits and compliance activities and provide regular reports/action plans to management.
Requirements:
* Degree in healthcare, quality, business or related field.
* 2+ years' experience in QA, Compliance or similar role in healthcare.
* Skills in developing and implementing policies.
* Experience in risk management and completing risk assessments.
* Knowledge of HIQA standards and Section 39 requirements.
* Strong understanding of quality frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies.
