The role involves supporting nursing staff in providing person-centred care, promoting mobility and independence among residents, and maintaining their personal appearance and hygiene needs while preserving their dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the nursing team in delivering exceptional care to meet all care needs of residents
* Promoting the mobility of residents, supervising and assisting as necessary
* Enabling and assisting residents to maintain their personal appearance/hygiene needs with dignity
