Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager
We are seeking a skilled clinical nurse manager to join our team.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking timely nursing assessments at new referrals with multidisciplinary teams.
* Evaluating clinical needs and determining pathways for safe admission, discharge, and transfer decisions is also an essential part of the role.
