Main Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all manufacturing and logistics functions.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Lead and develop a motivated, high-performing production team.
Plan and execute production schedules to meet output targets and deadlines.
Manage costs, budgets, and performance metrics (KPIs).
Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, HR).
Chair regular production meetings to align goals and address challenges.
Provide reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in a production or operations management role.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, process improvement, and quality systems.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Experience managing budgets and resources.
Proficient in production management software and reporting tools.
