Job Title: Team Lead - Inbound Department
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our inbound department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and evaluating employees, developing and reviewing systems, policies, and procedures, and overseeing special projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the day-to-day operations of colleagues within the inbound department
* Train, coach, and evaluate employees
* Develop, review, and improve systems, policies, and procedures
* Oversee special projects and track progress towards company goals
* Manage individual employee performance and behavior on an ongoing basis
* Evaluate timely performance evaluations of colleagues
Skills and Experience Required
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
* Good coaching skills
* Strong analytical thinking
* Problem-solving and critical thinking
* Exceptional leadership, time, task, and resource management skills
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar or administrative/systems role
