Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, direct labour, and subcontractors Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to specification Implement and maintain strict Health & Safety standards in line with company and legislative requirements Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, progress reports, and quality inspections Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery Plan and manage works to ensure high standards of finish and compliance with building regulations.
