Job Title: Facilities Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of all facilities and utilities on site.
This role requires strong organizational and supervisory skills, as well as the ability to coordinate and implement maintenance and facility project activities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Procure subcontractors' services as required for various projects
* Supervise and train direct reports to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively
* Develop and maintain preventative maintenance procedures for critical utilities and the facility
* Manage contractor activity, capital projects, and budgets related to facilities activities
* Identify improvement projects (cost, processes, systems) to enhance the facilities functions and reduce total costs
Requirements:
* National Framework Qualifications (NFQ) Level 8 with 5–7 years' experience in a similar role with supervisory management experience
* Proven track record in facilities management in high-volume manufacturing facilities
