What You\'ll Do
* Provide person-centred support in a residential care setting, helping individuals to develop self-care & independent living skills
* Deliver person-centred care, tailored to individual needs, building independence, self-care, and community integration
* Collaborate with individuals to set and achieve personal goals
* Support with daily living tasks while promoting dignity, autonomy, and choice
* Maintain accurate records, contribute to support plans and engage in reflective practice
* Participate in training, supervision, and team activities to continuously improve service quality
