Adventure Team Leader
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Team Leader to join our team. As an Adventure Team Leader, you will be responsible for heading the adventure department, developing new systems and strategies to ensure safe, successful and profitable operations.
About the Role:
* The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and have excellent leadership skills with a willingness to lead by example.
* You should have excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with a range of people.
* A proven track record in achieving labour cost KPIs is essential as well as an aptitude for numbers including budget management.
* You must possess project management skills including handling time-sensitive projects and working under deadlines.
