Job Title: Customer Experience Champion
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Champion. As a key member of our branch, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the efficient delivery of business objectives.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service and support to customers throughout their product/financial needs journey.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and Branch Lead to ensure seamless day-to-day branch operations.
* Develop skills through participation in our Collaborative Customer Conversations program.
* Take ownership of customer queries and resolve them in an effective, professional, and compliant manner.
* Generate and execute sales from lead to fulfilment in accordance with the Omni-Channel ethos.
Requirements:
* QFA or APA in Loans and/or Savings & Investments.
* Up-to-date CPD hours for relevant CPD years.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven sales, customer service, or clerical experience in a regulatory compliant environment.
* Commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
