is seeking a dynamic
Head of Recruitment Operations (Healthcare Sector – National Level)
to join our team, reporting directly to the
Director of Operations
.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading innovative, high-impact recruitment strategies, building robust talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first engagement through to onboarding.

Primary Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
* Develop and execute a best-in-class recruitment strategy aligned with organisational goals and future workforce needs.
* Inspire, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Team Members and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
* Partner with senior management team to forecast hiring needs and design scalable recruitment solutions.
* Champion Dovida's employer brand and ensure strong positioning within local communities and the wider market.
Sourcing Strategy & Execution
* Design and implement a 12-month sourcing and attraction plan in collaboration with Marketing and local offices.
* Lead community engagement, events, and networking initiatives to establish Dovida as an employer of choice.
* Leverage digital platforms and creative sourcing strategies to proactively build caregiver talent pipelines
Driving Recruitment Process Excellence
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring compliance, consistency, and high candidate satisfaction.
* Identify process bottlenecks and drive improvements through systems such as Fountain and ATS platforms.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to provide insights on recruitment trends and caregiver readiness.
Performance & Reporting
* Track and analyse recruitment KPIs, translating insights into clear action plans for improvement.
* Deliver regular reports and strategic updates to the Director of Operations.
* Introduce feedback loops and candidate satisfaction surveys to continually enhance recruitment quality.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices across the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements:-
* Minimum of 5 years' experience
in a
senior recruitment leadership role
, ideally within
high-volume or healthcare recruitment
, and a total of
10 years career in recruitment operations
.
* Proven track record
of leading and developing recruitment teams in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment
.
* Strong knowledge of
recruitment marketing
,
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
,
HRIS
, and
modern sourcing tools
.
* Relevant HR or recruitment qualification
(e.g., CIPD, HRM, or equivalent).
* Demonstrated ability to
work independently
,
meet KPIs
, and
manage multiple priorities
effectively.
