We are seeking an experienced and strategicSenior Solutions Architect to lead the development of secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise technology solutions. This is a key leadership role focused on architecture design, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) in ahybrid infrastructure environmentcombiningon-premise systems (e.g., Nutanix, HPE Greenlake) withcloud services (Azure, Microsoft 365). The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing architecture governance processes, including design authority leadership, compliance reporting, and oversight of IT risk controls in line withDORA and regulatory expectations. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Strategy Design and maintain secure and reliable enterprise solution architectures aligned to strategic business goals. Contribute to IT strategy by defining target states for architecture and supporting the technology operating model. Deliver high- and low-level solution designs, blueprints, and architecture documentation. Lead best-practice implementation across hybrid environments, combining on-premise and cloud infrastructure. Collaboration & Support Work cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Provide architectural input and assurance throughout the full lifecycle of IT projects. Promote knowledge sharing across teams and encourage continuous improvement initiatives. Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Lead the management and operation of the internal Design Authority process. Deliver ongoing compliance reporting and support quarterly risk control self-assessments and metrics. Maintain architecture governance artifacts, including standards, principles, and guidelines. Support regulatory and internal audits relating to IT architecture practices. Proactively identify and mitigate technology risks in collaboration with IT risk management teams. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years in IT with at least 3 years in a solution architecture or technical leadership role. Proven experience in hybrid infrastructure environments:Nutanix, HPE Greenlake, andMicrosoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Deep understanding ofMicrosoft 365 services and their integration into enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of architecture patterns, frameworks, standards, and IT controls. Demonstrable experience in delivering GRC functions for IT architecture in regulated sectors. Proficiency in architecture modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate). Background working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. Education & Certifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Certified in architecture frameworks (e.g.,TOGAF,IASA Core, or equivalent). Relevant technical certifications in cloud and infrastructure (e.g.,Azure,Nutanix,HPE). Desirable Experience Background in insurance, banking, or other regulated industries. Experience leading audit readiness or responding to external/internal IT audits.
