Job Description
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section. Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, developing recipes, and enhancing dishes. Additionally, assisting with the management of health and safety protocols. Experience with grilled food is an advantage.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
* Minimum Experienced Required: 2 years
* Specialising In: Latin American Cuisine or Mediterranean Cuisine or Middle Eastern Cuisine
* Sector: accommodation and food service activities
Desirable:
* Ability Skills: Creativity, Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills
* Competency Skills: Flexibility, Priority Planning, Teamwork, Working on own Initiative
* Competency Skills: HACCP
