We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the development and delivery of commercial insurance products in Dublin. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving profitable new business, meeting broker account targets, and achieving service and performance standards.

The successful candidate will have a background in underwriting or a business development executive role, with a desire for growth opportunities. Requirements include a CIP qualification, commercial insurance experience, a full clean driving license, access to a vehicle, and a willingness to learn. A strong team player with excellent company culture and hands-on learning is preferred.
