About the Company
Very busy contractor across Munster and Dublin are looking to add a Senior Site Engineer to their team for commercial & educational works in Dublin.
They are tendering for several projects as well as being awarded contracts – which promotes great opportunity for long-term work and career progression.
The Role
Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards
Provide Technical support to the Project Team
Setting out and checking works as required for the project
Ensure all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations
Support the Project Manager/Contracts Manager to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard
Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel
Overseeing all setting out onsite
Requirements
A Degree in Engineering or related discipline
Minimum of 4 years' experience working as site engineer for main contractor
Thorough knowledge of database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint
Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination
