Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial aspects of large-scale office and hotel developments in Central Dublin.

* Prepare valuations for payment applications, including variations, to ensure accurate budgeting.
* Negotiate final accounts with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Coordinate the preparation of subcontract enquiries and order documentation.
* Re-measure Bills of Quantities to verify accuracy.
* Develop cost budgets and prices for contract variations to minimize financial risks.
* Monitor project costs to ensure timely completion within allocated budgets.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role or equivalent expertise.
* Strong understanding of contractual obligations and commercial acumen.
* Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements.
