Offer description

?? We’re on a mission to make money work for everyone.

We’re waving goodbye to the complicated and confusing ways of traditional banking.

After starting as a prepaid card, our product offering has grown a lot in the last 10 years in the UK. We now provide personal and business bank accounts, joint accounts, accounts for 16‑17 year olds, a free kids account and credit cards in the UK, and we are expanding our services further. Our UK customers can also save, invest and combine their pensions with us.

With our hot coral cards and get‑paid‑early feature, coupled with financial education on social media and award‑winning customer service, we have a long history of creating magical moments for our customers.

We’re not about selling products – we want to solve problems and change lives through Monzo.

* Develop and enforce SLAs and performance metrics to ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
* Review and approve all financial reports and statements prepared by the outsource provider to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Audit and Compliance Oversight

* Manage both internal and external audit processes, ensuring thorough preparation and facilitating audits to meet all regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with auditors and ensure any findings are addressed promptly and effectively.
* Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

We’d love to hear from you if…

* Are a Qualified Accountant with proven experience post‑qualification.
* Have significant experience in a senior finance leadership role, with strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Demonstrated expertise in banking, business partnering and driving financial strategy aligned to an organisation’s core mission and values.
