Job Description
The R&D Engineer plays a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of new products and processes for medical devices.
This position is responsible for converting conceptual ideas into practical engineering solutions by leading the planning and execution of testing protocols. They work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tangible engineering specifications and drawings, select appropriate materials and vendors, and guide product development from concept through validation.
The engineer trains technicians on new designs and process developments, conducts root cause analysis to support non-conforming product investigations,
and ensures compliance with clinical standards through rigorous evaluation.
