Overview
Graduate Programme 2026 - Risk Capital - National & Specialty Graduate at Aon. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Dublin office.
Based in Dublin, Ireland, the role is typically office-based 3-4 days per week, especially during onboarding and training. Consider relocation or a manageable commute if you are based outside County Dublin.
Responsibilities
* Work alongside a team of brokers to bring innovative ideas and professional advice to a diverse range of companies across Ireland.
* Communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels up to and including C-Suite; participate in client meetings during renewal and throughout the year.
* Participate in insurer market meetings and calls; carry out premium and claims reporting and analysis.
* Collaborate with finance, compliance, risk, and other functions; work with third-party service providers including loss adjusters and underwriters.
* Respond to ad-hoc queries from clients; assist in the placement of project insurances as required; assist senior colleagues in broker tenders.
* Manage the renewal process including data collection, policy issuance, and invoicing; travel may be required across Ireland, the UK and beyond.
What The Programme Will Look Like
The Risk Capital Graduate Programme will commence in Summer 2026 (typically August) and aims to identify and develop future talent. You will participate in business-sponsored projects and network with a large cohort of graduates across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, with kickoff in London or another EMEA office. You will gain exposure to all aspects of the business through in-role learning opportunities and projects across the Aon Risk Capital team.

Qualifications
* Third-level degree and/or relevant qualifications (Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Risk Management and Insurance, etc.).
* CIP qualification with interest in pursuing ACII.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; strong numeracy and analytical abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; self-motivated with initiative; curiosity and eagerness to learn.
* Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail; comfortable communicating with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
