Lady Gregory Hotel is seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Operational Excellence Lead. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction across Food & Beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Leadership: Oversee daily hotel operations, act as the point of contact for all departments, ensure seamless delivery of Food & Beverage service across restaurant, bar, and banqueting areas.
* Food & Beverage Focus: Collaborate with F&B teams to deliver exceptional service, assist in stock control, ordering, and cost management to drive profitability.
* Team Leadership & Training: Lead, motivate, and support staff on duty across all departments, provide coaching and training to maintain high performance standards.
Maintain high standards of customer care, respond promptly to guest feedback or complaints, monitor cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health & safety regulations, ensuring effective communication with Reception, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.
