Job Title: Person in Charge
We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to assume overall responsibility for the management of our adult care service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional quality person-centred care to residents, while managing staff and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
A key aspect of this role is mentoring and leading staff through supervision, appraisals, and team meetings. Additionally, the individual will coordinate appointments with the multi-disciplinary team and prioritize resident needs through person-centred care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the service
* Ensure high-quality care and support to residents
* Mentor and lead staff through supervision and appraisal processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or a degree in another relevant Allied Healthcare related discipline
* Minimum three years experience in a management or supervisory role in the Health or Social Care sector
* Relevant qualification in Health or Social Care management (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications)
