Ensure we have a talent pool to deliver our future Commercial AEsConduct regular coaching sessions and call reviews to empower your team of hunters and enhance their skills in lead generation and closing dealsCollaborate with sales leadership to ensure high-quality lead management and follow-up processesDeliver insightful analysis and reporting on team performance, providing accurate forecasts to guide decision-makingIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivityWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's degree or relevant work experienceProven success in quota-carrying software sales, preferably within a SaaS environmentA minimum of 2 years experience managing and developing a revenue generating teamFamiliarity with developing an international business unit, ideally in a high-growth SaaS companyA strong track record of executing aggressive growth strategies and consistently exceeding targetsDemonstrated success in hiring, developing, and promoting sales talentExperience selling through various channels, including boardroom meetings, product demos, and social sellingProficiency in sales methodologies and familiarity with SalesforceConsistent record of achieving 100%+ of quota as an individual contributorExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsAdditional InformationBase Pay Range:70, ,525.00 EUR AnnualOn Target Earning Range:140, ,050.00 EUR AnnualThis role may also eligible for Equity Compensation.
