We are seeking an experienced Clerk of Works with a strong background in ensuring high-quality constructions meet specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a vigilant approach to monitor compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards during construction works;
* Carry out regular site inspections to report on progress, workmanship, and adherence to regulations;
* Liaise effectively with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve any issues efficiently;
* Evaluate potential construction or quality issues early on and support their resolution through collaborative efforts.
