La Casa – Tapas & Wine is an award-winning Tapas restaurant located in the heart of the West of Ireland on Dalton Street in Claremorris, Co. Mayo.
We are on the lookout for an experienced, reliable Front of House professional to join our small, friendly team.
We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team at La Casa. We are looking for someone with strong supervisory restaurant and bar experience to join us in a supportive, hands-on environment.
This is a full-time position Wednesday to Sunday for mainly evening service. (We are closed on Monday & Tuesdays).
We are looking for someone who brings consistency, warmth and who has supervisory experience in a busy fast-paced restaurant.
What you will do.
Lead and support our FOH team during busy service.
Ensure smooth day- to- day running of the bar, floor and restaurant.
Deliver a warm, professional welcome to every guest.
Work closely with management and kitchen team to maintain high standards.
Take initiative in problem solving and keep service flowing.
What we are looking for.
Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant.
Bar experience is necessary
Strong people skills and a natural ability to lead by example.
Flexibility and reliability – evenings and weekends included.
A genuine interest in good food and great hospitality.
Must be fluent in English.
