About the Opportunity
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Principal Talent Management Specialist to shape and deliver regional people and organisational strategies across its Irish operation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Translate strategic priorities into effective talent and organisational development strategies aligned with global frameworks through close partnership with business and HR leaders.
2. Lead organisation design initiatives, ensuring global strategies are effectively implemented across Ireland and EMEA.
3. Drive core talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career frameworks.
4. Develop scalable onboarding, learning, and capability-building solutions that enhance organisational effectiveness.
5. Act as a regional resource for change management and organisational effectiveness, enabling a culture of engagement, growth, and innovation.
6. Provide coaching and development support to leaders and teams across the region.
7. Collaborate across HR Centres of Excellence and contribute to shaping enterprise-wide talent strategies.
About You
We're looking for a professional with:
1. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisation Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
2. 10+ years' experience in organisation development, change management, or talent management within complex, matrix environments.
3. The ability to manage large-scale projects and deliver strategic outcomes.
4. Strong interpersonal and consulting skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
