**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. As the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, actions, and appointments, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and be adaptable to competing demands. Key responsibilities include:

* Planning, coordinating, and managing active calendars of appointments, travel, and calls
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of key meetings, creating tasks, and following up as required
* Researching, prioritizing, and following up on issues/concerns addressed to senior management, determining the appropriate course of action
* Providing administrative support, including marketing assistance, such as coordinating travel, accommodation, and event itineraries, preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations

The successful candidate will possess:

* A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience supporting a senior management team
* A business administration or equivalent qualification
* Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRMs
* A proven ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks and meet deadlines
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
