Employment Caseworker Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Employment Caseworker to join our team in Wicklow. As a caseworker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals referred by the Department of Social Protection through our Intensive Personalised Navigation and Employment Support (IPNES) contract.
About the Job
This is a permanent position requiring 3 days per week with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate must possess strong customer service and administration skills, with excellent decision-making abilities.
* The successful applicant will manage a caseload of clients, coordinating internal support specialists and external organisations to deliver personalised employment services.
* You will work closely with local specialist services to assist clients in their journey towards sustainable employment.
