Job Title: Site Readiness Specialist
The role of the Site Readiness Specialist involves leading cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for a manufacturing facility.
This includes developing and managing project plans to successfully bring the site from capital project completion to operational readiness.
Key responsibilities include managing workstreams within the Operational Readiness program, driving progress, identifying roadblocks, and mitigating risks.
The successful candidate will have experience with large-scale project deliveries and hold a relevant Third Level Qualification in a Scientific or Engineering field.
•Relevant industry experience preferably in high-paced working environments.•Experience with Project Management frameworks such as PMP or Agile is highly desirable.
