This is a highly rewarding Chef De Partie position that offers you the opportunity to work with some of the most highly skilled and talented chefs in this beautiful region of Ireland.
Responsibilities
Work with some of the most skilled and talented chefs in the region to prepare high-quality dishes
Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills
Maintain a focus on high quality, fresh produce
Work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Contribute to a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, as required
Qualifications
Minimum of one year's experience at the level of Demi Chef De Partie
At least some experience gained in a hotel setting
Excellent culinary skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
