This is a pt time role 5 mornings per week, 4hrs per day- 20hrs per week. We are recruiting a Sales Administrator for a small distribution company based in the Blackrock area. Hours are 5 mornings per week, 4hrs per day- 20hrs per week. This is a small friendly team. We are seeking a candidate who will work well in a team environment but also independently. This job is working on site.
Duties
Liaising with customers on the phone to take orders and deal with queries in relation to products, pricing and delivery.
Liaising with suppliers to source products and discuss design and delivery times
Order the goods from the manufacturers, follow through with lead times – full cycle of order, liaising with the customer in relation to delivery times
Administrative duties
Other ad hoc duties if required such as sales, shipping and invoicing
Requirements
Ideally candidates will have some previous order processing or customer service experience from an office environment
Strong administration skills would be beneficial
Must be IT literate- Microsoft word and excel.
Unfortunately parking is not provided with the job.
Rate: €19ph
