* Conduct training sessions to develop job skills, provide constructive feedback, and offer support and coaching as needed.
* Maintain a positive work environment to ensure colleagues are aware of their role in achieving overall company objectives.
* Ensure all staff are focused on delivering exceptional customer service and have opportunities to utilize their individual skills.
* Care for the welfare and well-being of staff by managing areas such as holidays, rotas, overtime control, working standards, appearance, and general working procedures.
* Promote regular communication briefings with all colleagues as per the communications strategy.
* Effectively manage absence, timekeeping, grievances, and discipline in collaboration with Central Human Resources.
* Ensure adherence to relevant HR policies and stay updated on supporting legislation.
* Manage and process payroll for the branch, promote employee engagement, resolve issues fairly, and collaborate with Central Human Resources on HR-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for developing others.
