Italian Language Support Specialist
Our client is seeking a skilled Italian Language Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
As an Italian Language Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring assistance in Italian. You will provide timely and effective support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
* Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions
* Assist with placing orders, returns, refunds, or exchanges as per company policies
* Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
* Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, policies, and procedures
* Represent the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
* Complete documentation to in-house standards
Requirements Include:
* Fluency in spoken and written Italian & English
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
