This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with technology, and supporting customers across core business systems. You'll be handling technical and operational queries, troubleshooting issues, and helping users get the most from their ERP platforms.
(Hybrid/Remote from Ireland)
Responsibilities
Respond to customer technical and operational queries
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
Log, document, and track issues through to resolution
Support users across accounting, ERP, and wider business modules
Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions
Help improve the overall customer support experience
What we're looking for
Experience with ERP, accounting, or business management systems
Degree in Computer Science, Business or other relevant area
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Confident communicator with a customer‑first mindset
Comfortable working with data, reports, and business processes
Any exposure to SQL, integrations, APIs, or business software is an advantage
