Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for effective service delivery and operation at our centres, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Purpose of Role:
This role ensures that our designated centre operates in accordance with strategic planning, policies, procedures, guidelines and Safety Statement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong leadership in clinical practice and act as a resource and role model.
* Lead Nursing and Support teams in clinical and care support services.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with legislation and HIQA requirements.
* Contribute to nursing standards, protocols and guidelines.
Essential Criteria:
* 3 years' experience in management or supervision in health or social care.
* Registered Nurse/Midwife or entitled to registration.
* Relevant management qualification.
* Proven track record in managing a residential service meeting quality requirements.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified registered nurse/midwife.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Full current driving license with access to own vehicle.
Skills:
* Person in Charge.
* Residential Care Manager.
* Degree in social care.
