1. Grade: RGN or Practice nurse
2. Base Location: South Dublin, Dublin 22.
3. Both positions are full time:
4. Position based in Dublin 22, working alongside a GP in a practice.
5. Position is also based in the Dublin 22 area
6. Immediate start required for both roles
7. Monday to Friday service
8. Hours 9 – 5
9. Department of health rates apply
10. Minimum of 3-4 days per week required for continuity of care
