Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time role in Dublin 22.
Permanent, full time role Up to €35,000 Fully office based Main duties: Liaising with customers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all client requirements are met.
Creating and managing jobs within the in-house system, progressing them through to completion.
Allocating tasks to engineers and subcontractors effectively.
Updating job information in real time on the in-house system.
Monitoring ongoing works to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Collaborating closely with the Contract Management Team and escalating any urgent issues as required.
Main requirements: Fluent in English and legally permitted to work in Ireland.
Minimum of one years experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good technical aptitude with solid IT proficiency.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
A technical background in facilities management, trades, mechanical, or electrical fields is advantageous but not essential.
